Sourabh Shandilya began performing in 2007 on small community stages in Jaipur, armed with nothing but a sharp ear for voices and an unusual amount of nerve. Eighteen years later he is one of Rajasthan's most-booked anchors, with more than 4000+ shows behind him across 60+ cities.

His work sits at an unusual intersection: he is a trained mimicry artist with over 250 distinct character voices, an actor with film and web-series credits, and a disciplined corporate emcee who can hold a cue sheet to the second. On a wedding stage that means the varmala runs exactly on the beat and the family still gets a Bollywood impression they will quote for years.

Every event begins with a planning call. Family names, in-jokes, brand messaging, the order of speeches, the songs — all of it is scripted into a rundown before he steps on stage. He is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan and travels nationwide for weddings, destination events, corporate functions, college fests and award nights.

Sourabh Shandilya is 5'7" (170 cm) tall and weighs 74 kg, with brown eyes and a fair skin tone. He was born in Abohar, Punjab, and hails from Jaipur, Rajasthan. Currently based in Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, he holds a degree from the University of Delhi (Delhi University).
